Delinquent Tax
This committee is charged with disposing of, according to the law, all properties acquired by the County at tax sales. This committee shall be a committee composed of four (4) Commission Members and the County Mayor. The committee shall be elected by the Commission under the provisions of Rule 17. (TCA 67-5-2507)
