In Memory of the First Lady of Cumberland County
Rebecca Foster, wife of Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster, has left our earthly home during a courageous battle with cancer.
Rebecca’s family will receive friends at Oak Hill Baptist Church on Genesis Road tomorrow, Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 1 – 4 pm with funeral service at 4. Burial will follow in Oak Hill cemetery.
In lieu of or in addition to flowers, a memorial scholarship fund has been established at Tennessee Tech University in Rebecca’s name, to help fund the education of future nurses. If you would like to contribute to the fund, you can send checks to:

Rebecca had a true servant heart and was the partner, daughter, sister, mother, aunt, and friend of a lifetime. Her bright light will continue to shine through her children, Brooke and Shade, the apple of her eye, her granddaughter Asa, and all who were lucky enough to love her.
