🔵 I-40 repair of the bridges over SR-1 (US-70) at MM 328.5: During this report period, I-40 in both directions near MM 328 may have nighttime lane closures and pavement marking activities. SR-1 (US-70) may be reduced to one lane with traffic signals near LM 24 at Crab Orchard, TN for bridge repairs. Motorists should exercise caution and pay attention to the temporary traffic signals as they travel through the work zone.
 
 
🔵 SR-28 (US-127) bridge construction and paving from north of I-40 to near Potato Farm Road: Construction signs have been installed with erosion control and clearing activities in progress. Utility relocation for the gas line is also in progress. Temporary lane closures or traffic stoppages will be necessary as construction activities continue. Motorists should use caution while traveling through the work zone.
 
 
🔵 I-40 TDOT Maintenance both directions from MM 311 to MM 339: Crews will perform paving operations on I-40 in both directions. Work will begin on 08/01/2021 from the 311MM to 312MM Eastbound. On 08/02/2021 work will be performed from the 312MM to the 313MM Eastbound. On 08/03/2021 work will be performed from the 339MM to the 337MM Westbound and the 317MM to 316MM Westbound. These paving operations will last from 7 PM to 6 AM each day.
 
 
🔵 SR-101 (Peavine Road) grading, drainage, and paving from Firetower Road to Westchester/Catoosa Boulevard: Motorists should use caution while driving along Peavine Road. The posted speed limit from I-40 to Tuttle Lane is now 45 MPH. The existing speed limit within Fairfield Glade remains at 30 MPH. Temporary lane closures and/or traffic stoppages may be needed as the contractor completes punch list activities. Motorists should reduce speed on Peavine Road and be alert for construction personnel/equipment entering and exiting the roadway.
 
 
🔵 SR-282 construction of small drainage structures at LM 2.4: Construction signs and temporary traffic signals have been installed. The contractor is installing the box culvert on SR-282 Dunbar Road near War Eagle Drive this week and weekend (July 28-August 2, 2021). Dunbar Road will be reduced to one lane with temporary traffic signals and flaggers as needed. Beginning Friday night, Dunbar Road will be closed throughout the weekend with detours posted for motorists. Traffic stoppages may be needed throughout the week to accommodate construction activities. Message boards are positioned on the project to assist motorists.
 
 
🔵 SR-462 from SR-28 (US-127N) (LM 3.1) to SR-298 (Genesis Road) (LM 4.6) in Crossville: Construction signs are being installed, and the contractor will begin erosion control and clearing activities which may require temporary lane closures and/or traffic stoppages. Utility relocation activities are in progress.
