This event has ended

Earn points towards your GO BIG 2020 Challenge by joining a ranger on Saturday, January 18th, to learn about an animal that has captured the human imagination throughout history–the American Black Bear. This program begins at 1 p.m. (CST) at the Crossville-Cumberland County Gateway to the Big South Fork Visitor Center at I-40 off exit 320 located at 176 River Otter Drive Crossville, TN.

Wildlife Biologist Jason Fisher from Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area will present a 45 minute program where he will be able to answer all your questions and fill you in on the latest black bear research in the Big South Fork area. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about these wonderful creatures. This program is free to the public and fully accessible!
