CCHD: Cooking with WIC Classes

The Cumberland County Health Department will be offering a cooking class that focuses on helping families utilize WIC and SNAP benefits to create healthy meals and snacks!

During these classes, online and print resources regarding nutrition information and recipes will be provided.

There will be a cooking demonstration each class to prepare a meal and a snack that participants will get to sample!
